I see this debate a lot and I'm confused.

Some people say not to do it because it draws opinions about it even before the recruiter reads the resume.

I just assume we all got a template from somewhere to write out our first CV?

Just looking at revamping mine from a good template

Just curious what you guys in this subreddit are doing with your resumes so I get some feedback on how to do mine.

Is it 1 page for you? 2 pages? 3 pages or more even?

Any responses are more than welcome

I'm thinking about the fact that AI will be obvious when creating the resume (like the writing, etc) so how do you guys actually do it these days? Is it still completely manually?

Me and my best friend are trying to find a job at this very tough job market right now.

So I'm very curious about what you guys think about this. I'm trying to get ideas and tips on how to improve my resume. What would you say is the best tip? It can be anything - like adding a photo of your face on the resume, etc etc.
