We, most of us pay 40% to the lawyer and I have to say that I am fed up. I really feel if the things that happened to me as a kid has caused me to have a really fucked up life for real. I know that there are many people like me that our lives are ruined from growing up. I have tried to forget it but it only lasts for so long. Then come lawyers who say they care about what happened to you as a child. But we're going to take almost half of everything you get, so I got 270k but it was 1.7m before the state I live in don't give a fuck about what pedophiles do to people. And in the end I'm looking at 75k to 100k because lawyers are going to get half. I don't need people to be like I'm gonna fight for you and 6 years later be like I'm taking almost half. Fuck that, they don't really care about us and they don't know what it's like growing up with that, always feeling lesser than. We need to go to the supreme Court of America and tell them what these states and lawyers are doing to steal from everyone, idc if you don't like me but what was done to you was not right.

Who here has the best attorney going against the claim we're all going against because I've had it up to my ears and I'm so pissed trying to get information. They won't give me any information. My lawyer won't return my call. She won't answer the phone. I've called the main number and they answer the phone but she won't answer her phone. She's giving me her word multiple times that she's going to get back to me before they close and she never does. I'm trying to find out information and it seems like as soon as they won the case then they had no more reason to keep in contact with me the lawyer that I have before this lady. He called me all the time and over the past 5 years but he quit right before I started getting money last year. So I'm wondering if anybody can give me a good direction on someone that's trustworthy and someone that won't stress me out more than I am

So I have finally reached my breaking point with the "Liars" lawyers and I told them today that they have had the lien on me since February and I just had to call my Medicaid office and see what the hell is going on and Why it's taking so long. They said that they were done and they were 100% sure that the liars have the information. I have zero due. So I called my lawyer up the second time. I've told him that if she doesn't get her shit together that I'm going to either hire a second attorney so they can keep her off her ass And doing her damn job and then that would entail cause her to split the 40% with the other attorney giving her only 20%. I don't really care. I told her I don't care. I said either that or I'll go Pro Se and you won't get a damn thing and I'll file A grievance with the California bar. Either way, if she has to split with another attorney they can't charge me more than 40% so they can either do one of three things. They can give me my money now and quit fucking with me and they can take down the amount they're charging me because I'm doing all the work. They're not doing shit. I'm asking everybody everything getting the ball ruined. Why should I pay them 40%. They're not doing anything. It's like you got to light a match under their ass to get them moving. Well I'm not that type of person. I don't like to have to do that. When you hire a lawyer they're supposed to do their job and if they can't do it then I'll get someone that can. I know nothing about the law. That's why I would rather get another lawyer to work with them, making them only get 20% that I would feel very good about because they couldn't do a damn thing about it. You know of this thing grin and bare it that's what they would have to do. Anyways, it finally got that match lit today because I told her straight up if she didn't get something done because I already know for a fact that my state has released the link telling them I don't owe him anything. I'm going to do one of those three things. Now I have to wait for her supervisor to contact me and let me know what they want to do. I'm pretty sure they're going to release my money and take less money. I think 7% less would be better than 20% less or 40% less but if I were you guys I would be on their ass just like that. Because of you tonight you're never going to get anything and if I wasn't on their ass in the first place I would have not gotten check I got last month. They only gave me that check because I wouldn't quit blowing their phone up

I don't know how to be happy, I know how to fake it but I have not been happy ever. I am 1 of 6 kids and when I was abused at Cub scouts I was 5, it was in the basement of my Catholic school and when I told, they put it on my parents and the schools principal talked my parents into giving me to a school for bad kids male/female. And I had to live there until I was 11. If not, they told my parents that they would tell the state that my parents neglected all of us. But they didn't do anything wrong for real. The school was covering their own hides and this was in the 80s. So I was put in the children's home where they had apartments and they were huge with enough space for 25 boys. And I was allowed to go home Friday and Saturday. Usually my parents didn't have enough gas to come get me and my grandpa had already gotten to Arkansas and he would hurry up and get to St Louis before 7pm and he got me most of the weekends and took me back to Arkansas and I would go back on Sunday. Needless to say that the same scouts were with the home I had to live in. They had daily activities and the place had a small round rubber room in the basement. They would put you in there nude and say we were suicidal and couldn't have clothes and so, 6 solid years. 52,560 hours of hell on earth and the constant threats of violence towards my family. I had it easier than the ones who were wards of the state. And I am still considered a level 1 in this lawsuit. I got out when I was 13. Everybody in that place were pedo's and they didn't care about having pedo scout leaders cause it was more fun for them to take us off campus. It didn't matter if you were too sick to not go. You went anyways or the threats came out. Just before I got out when I was 12, I witnessed a suicide, my friend we are going to call him D, committed suicide because he was a ward of the state and a pedo was about to adopt him. One of the men was going to have him at his house all the time. Well when everyone came back from class D was hanging by his belt around the fan and he was gone but we tried to save him, but we overheard that he was dead for about 3 hours when we found him. And I got out a few months after that and I saw it on the TV that 3 of the pedos were arrested and they were wanting kids that were molested to come forward but my parents didn't want to look like they never believed me cause I told them a thousand times. They were assured by the school that I was just saying that so that they would take me out. That I was lying, and at 13 when they were arrested I was such a smart ass but they didn't want to look bad in front of their friends so I was not allowed to testify and only 1 other kid was free, so I later learned that the ring leader was indicted on 54 counts, but the school was not letting kids out to testify so in the end he got a little charge of a single sodomy and got 5 years. The other 2 walked. And we can't do anything more than what he got, so he ended up with 120 days in and 5 years of probation. Back then they didn't care, but they always wanted to blame someone's parents. They were even lying for their quota's and I have seen on TV that they tore families apart for no reasons. So I don't know when or if I will ever be normal. I do however wish very much that I could get a do over. Sadness is a dark lonely place

So everybody here knows I want to fire my lawyers and most people here do so I have this drafted up. It should be enough right? I don't want to pay anymore. They told me the first time that I paid the 40% that that was it and then I wouldn't have to pay no more. Then I got a new lawyer with the same company and she doesn't know anything about what the other lawyer said. So here's what I've got. "I am writing to formally terminate your representation in my Boy Scouts of America claim, effective immediately. Please cease all work on my behalf, provide a full copy of my file, and confirm in writing that you will file no further documents or liens without my express consent. I will be handling my claim directly with the Scouting Settlement Trust going forward. Thank you."

But anyone want to be my friend and help me along throughout this? I'm not much of a lawyer just to help another person out. That's all I need is a little bit of help. I'm pretty tech savvy and I'm a smart person. I just don't know my way around this type of thing so maybe you guys can help me out along the way. I don't know. This check was supposed to be 3.7% for everybody. Next check is supposed to be 4.7% and they're trying to fight with the lawyers to get 5.7% but the bankruptcy doesn't want to do it for us
