How are you doing, really?
I just got a long lecture from my SM about how much other stores have worse staffing issues than us but keep "getting it all done", keeping on top of shelving and projects and hand selling too.
Any time I tried to talk about how hard it is to chase down customers to hand sell things when we're never caught up with shelving or projects and we have nobody to help with anything, he just kept saying that we needed to "figure it out", that "other stores were doing better with less".
So...how is your store doing? Really? Are you caught up with shelving? Projects? Are you making sales? Are you hand selling?
