Is a -4 hit worth it for these 3 transfers in GW6?

Hey everyone,
I'm eyeing up 3 transfers for Gameweek 6 using 2 free transfers and a -4 hit. Would love to get your thoughts on whether this is worth doing or if I should hold back. 

The Moves:
Out: Isak, Gakpo, M. Sangaré 
In: Gonzalo, Saka, Schade 

Questions and need help:

  1. Is taking the -4 worth it for this, or should I stagger the transfers?
  2. Are you holding or selling Isak and Gakpo right now?
  3. Any alternative recommendations?
