Like I know the cast of smallville has an insane facecard but WOW she’s insanely beautiful and I feel like the actress could be Russian? She definitely has the vibe

Anyways I’m so glad we got to see a glimpse of the aqua man lore in one episode s10, but I can’t say I focused much on what AC was saying with Mera standing with him like a siren luring us all

Also let my twilight fan self be a bit delulu, like you can’t tell me Mera doesn’t give the same vibe of a predator who’ll lure you in like Victoria and you won’t notice that you’re the prey until it’s too late!

This episode felt so bubbly and warm and I kept reminding myself every few seconds that this could be lex’s future and that it’s not the life he’s currently living, then I got so mad that Lana just had to have the complications that made Lex go to Lionel and ofc he refused him and told him to go to hell with his family and now Alex chose power…

Tbh I would’ve done the same, won’t unalive Jonathan but would do anything to have the power to protect those he loves…

I have a feeling it will be all going to hell for Lex and the Kent’s relationship from now on, it was already on bad terms but now ooofff

Omg this was such a fun episode to watch, it felt like watching a hocus pocus collab and I’d love to rewatch it in Halloween. Loved all the spells, witches, jumping from past to present, the sisterhood and everything ✨

Also this trio looked soooo hot omg SLAY😍and I’m guessing Lana is Winifred, Chloe is Mary, and Lois is Sarah

Hands down this is my favorite episode as a first time watcher, the severe contrast between Lilian X Martha and the whole toxic Luthors and Precious Kent’s

The plot twist was heart breaking, the back story is gut wrenching, Lex sitting on the roof with blanket Julian and nearly jumping from the roof, Lex seeing how Lionel treats Lilian and him understanding the family dynamic from such a young age, and omg the empty birthday party😭💔 like I wish he and Clark were besties from a young age, he would’ve been welcomed in the Kent family and he wouldn’t have to suffer from longing for love for so long!

The way poor Lex had to see his mother go coco and unalive his brother then carrying the weight of having to protect her from his father then taking the blame on himself!

Meanwhile Clark got to know his mother Lara from his memories, and knowing that she sent him with fear that he won’t be loved, then proceeds to communicate with Martha instead of suffering in silence and telling her about everything and her looking at him with such love and revealing that Lara was his first word, COMMUNICATION IS KEY PEOPLE, they would’ve never had this interaction and both would’ve suffered if they stayed silent!

And speaking of communication, sometimes it’s a double edged sword but the truth needs to come out, so when Clark communicated with Martha they both felt even more love for their family but when Lex spilled the truth to Lionel it destroyed both of them, Lionel tried to hug Lex or tell him he loved him or smth but Lex was saying no and backing away completely heartbroken and soul shattered💔

Amazing episode, wow writers❤️

The moment I saw these two here I LAUGHED and Lana REALLY reminds me of Elena Gilbert from TVD, it’s like they casted Nina Doberev cuz of the amazing dynamic Ian and Paul had with a Kristin similar to Nina lol

This is too much even by smallville standards, I feel absolutely sick watching this episode in s3

Lionel is absolutely insane, yes but this crosses a new line. It’s like the writers looked up how to traumatize the characters and audience even more than what’s necessary tf

This episode was so emotional for me, I loved how Ryan fit into their family so much and I wish they had kept him with the Kent family. It was heartwarming seeing him interact with the Kent’s and Clark would’ve made a wonderful older brother🥲💔

Also the mind reading thing would’ve been very useful!

I started watching it for the “plot” it just came on Netflix and when I saw him I felt fireworks surround me, like how can a human being be so beautiful??? Like not “hot” “handsome” nahhhhh BEAUTIFUL

Anyways started watching it for him then stayed because I miss how warm old films make me feel and I actually love all the characters and surprisingly Lex Luthor is my favorite character, I’m currently on season 1 and I’m so scared for Lex because I feel like they’re building up that he’s gonna be evil and I hope it doesn’t happen!
