Need advice

My workplace have introduced a new way to lift some of our dewatering pump units. The current lift points do not lift safely so they’ve come up with an idea like this.

The blue box is the beam, red circle is a chain sling green line is another chain sling hooked on to the crane. See 2nd picture for the beam.

It is not a rated or engineered lifting point from my knowledge.

The unit they’re using this lift for weighs 6-6.5T

Pond Plants

I inherited this pond 2 years ago so I’m still learning. Would some water lily’s in the deep end be okay in my pond or is the water movement too much for them? Are there better options for surface coverage?

The pond homes 2 koi and a few gold fish due to their active summer.
