My father has a joint account with my late grandfather (primary holder) in SBI Bank, the account was inactive for 2year so it has now become Dormant Account. Bank is telling to provide Aadhaar and Pan Card of my grandfather which are lost and the registered sim card is also lost. Is there any way to recover the money in the account
