This is a first-printing copy of Volume 1 of Dragon Ball in English that was stored inside a box (along with six other volumes). Unfortunately, even though it appears to have never been read, it was (I believe) stored improperly inside the box for many years, which is why that crease formed. Could it be fixed with a good pressing service?

Should I open it or keep it sealed?

Hi, I managed to get my hands on a few of these “not for sale” volumes, and I read online that the print run is supposed to be limited to 10,000 copies. Does anyone have any more information?
