Hit the trail road for the first time.
Finally felt comfortable enough with my skills (3500km of riding) to adventure out to the hill roads outside my city.
It was mostly like that, so that was easy, but there were a pair of places that became sketchy for my taste (egg sized rocks on the whole width, like if you rode on a track ballast) but I had confidence in the S16Pro power to push through, if I did not panic)
There were LOTS more people than I expected, I thorughly enjoyed their WTF faces, and a few thumbs up and cheers from bicycle riders.
The wheel cleanup afterwards was...interesting, to say the least, so, SO dusty. So it's not like I'm gonna hit this trail daily, but definitely going back from time to time.
--------------- FOR DATA NERDS LIKE ME -------------------------
Maximum elevation was 500m from sea level. I used 32% battery (68% left) to get there, mostly at 15kph since I didn't know the trail at all. Since it was the first time I was there, I did not want to push the battery on a still going up road (maximum elevation acording to google earth would be 750m), so I stopped at a convenient crossroad and turned back.
I recharged a 6% battery on the way down until I reached the city, and spent another 10% citywise, so I arrived home with 64% battery left. Honestly, it felt great knowing I could go quite a bit further still.
Total ride lenght was 23km.
I love how the data shows so dramatically when I stopped and turned back.
