Anyone else feel like plantar fasciitis controls their entire day?
(Newly diagnosed) I had been feeling this weird pain in my foot for almost a year, but I honestly had no idea what it was. It just kept getting worse until I was finally diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. What a hell of a pain. Now I have no idea what actually works for PF or what I should even be trying, so here I am, sliding into this forum like 😅
