I'm looking for a lighting system for curing alumi uv clear. Anyone have suggestions?

I'm not sure on what to get.

I've been on schizophrenia medication for 30 years and I had something bizarre happen last night. I took my medication and went to bed. As I was falling asleep I got this sharp pain in the back of my head near my neck. It felt like something was ripping and tearing. I got really tense and couldn't move. When it stopped I started shaking really bad and I couldn't move for about 2 minutes. When I stopped shaking my hands and feet were tingling. I got up and ate something then went back to bead. I woke up today with a bad headache. I have a doctor appointment on Tuesday with my psychiatrist. Anyone ever heard anything like this?
