Is the 'Legendary Explorer' achievement glitched?

I'm at the end end of the game and have done most of what it has to offer. I'm just missing a handful, but think 3 of them are glitched.

I've taken this as go to every location in the game and see all the points of interest. I have done this and it still hasn't popped for me. If anyone has gotten this please let me know what you did.

Does anyone know where to find the card trading system?

I've found several official sources that say that you can trade the cards. I know I'm probably being an idiot, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
