Besides the police who have been contacted, are there any animal cruelty organisations I can report this person to? This happened in the city centre.

Some of the birds have been maimed and others killed. Not sure who would take care of the injured birds.

Deliberately running over animals is psychopathic behaviour.

Not sure if this is allowed, but I’m having a hard time in life. Is anyone aware of local resources I can use or groups that are around.
