Lane 3 10.23 (+2.2)

PR in the prelims of my conference meet. This year has been rough for me, running 10.7-10.5 with terrible in-race execution, so finally dipping down to where I was last year feels really good. (Made it to finals and ran 10.27 (+3.3) there)

Lane 8 20.68 (+0.8).

The day before, I ran 20.69 with (+2.6) in prelims, so it felt really good to come out the following day and run faster (barely) with way less wind.
