Hi guys,

I worked from home in Texas, for a tech company

I was salaried and worked 8-4pm Monday- Friday

In my first year i worked over 400 hours of unpaid OT

and in the entire time I was there, none of us got any breaks whatsoever at all, including no lunch breaks at all.

Was this legal?

Any ground to take action on my part?

(I have proof, including screenshots from my colleagues also acknowledging and complaining that they have also worked for years with no lunch break)
