I was using a very simple program called rentler for collecting rent. I would like something to help with home inspections and lease generation that are compliant and sending out notifications for late rent as required by state. Maintenance coordination would be great too, but only if it actually helps with that. Typically all of these have done is giving me a more annoying tool to use to coordinate then just texting or calling.
Any recommendations?
Highly recommend not using one called rentari. This one promised the world it seems really good but so far within the three days I've been using it I had critical errors that made my leases just disappear, I had its AI agent perform actions that didn't actually happen, and I've had my tenants randomly disappear off the lease. So I'll not be trusting it with thousands of dollars worth of transactions. Seems like a vibe coded piece of crap.
