When I was admitted to the hospital, they gave me a deluxe room because there were no single rooms available.

They promised to charge me the same as a single AC room. However, my final bill shows the room as deluxe, and I’m being charged according to single AC itself.

I got a certificate from the hospital explaining the room assignment and gave it to the TPA team. Despite this, my claim was settled with incorrect deductions because they treated it as if I chose a higher room.

No response from them regarding this concern even after raising all grievances.

I need help with this issue.
