Second hand cloth shops in and around Tuebingen

I want to buy affordable jackets, sweaters and boots for winter. I am not very comfortable buying online, paranoid about quality and the size fit. I prefer browsing through the racks in a store. Are there any second hand cloth shops which are reasonably priced??

Buying fresh vegetables seems hard in this town. Both the supermarkets and the weekly market at city centre have limited options. I have never seen lady's finger, colocasia, cucumber(not zuccini), peas, cauliflower, etc. Where do you people buy them?
