I bought something I was double minded on last week and they assured me it was not final sale. When I went in today to exchange a diff sales associate said it was final sale and kind of put the blame on me saying I should have known by the ending of .99 that it is final sale. I dont work there and did not know about this :(

Also extra 10 is not working on site but for some reason using a email not signed up works in case anyone would rather have 10% then points.

The place where you plug in broke off. I was able to pry the case open and the part has like the metal pieces not all there. Is there any way to get the pictures of this. I am not sure basic searching suggested hard drive enclosure and adapters but not sure if I have to buy a specific one or if that will work.
