Hey guys, just wanted to post this so everyone is aware . Posting a stolen funeral photo of a 12-year-old kid in his casket just to use as rage bait and blame a grieving mom for his suicide is literally a massive violation of federal privacy laws. There is actual federal precedent that says surviving families have total privacy rights over death images of their kids, and nobody can legally weaponize them or post them without parental consent. Platforms have huge restrictions on using kids images (the whole concept behind COPPA) for shock value, monetization, or harassment. This isn't just standard internet drama anymore, it's illegal exploitation of a deceased minor.

I have a genuine question for everyone in here . I guess Im still trying to understand what I had witnessed yesterday while scrolling . I have no idea who these people are , this is the first time I have ever posted on Reddit besides yesterday. The only reason I came here was because sam said oh I bet this will be on reddit and was curious . Everyone is wrong in this situation but why do I see some people defending the fact she talked about a deceased child . It all started because she was defending her friend and she has that right to BUT what she did was foul . Granted I did see some people saying how disgusting it was and is reporting her page . Especially now she has that poor child posted on her page in a casket , face and all . My question is, do people just not get it? Do they not have the emotional intelligence to understand that posting a child (minor) in the most vulnerable situation (a casket ) is wrong ? Yeah it's wrong to post Trishs mother as well but this is a child . It's common sense to not talk about a child who is deceased. Is it a lack of morals or character? Is this maybe a person with mental illness and that's why they don't get it? I'm just honestly trying to understand. I'm starting to see her post on drama pages with over a 1000 views and 2 likes but yet the post on her page is still up . Does no one have the balls to report it , call it out ? I mean I have and then some but why is it still up ? The one about the mom should be taken down to . Is this feud all for money? To be honest that would make the most sense. Its easier for me to believe this has all been made up to make money then to believe people are this vile and ignorant. A child that has committed suicide isn't rage bait , it's not content .
