Group buy pendant from CiCi
My mum has been on the lookout for a classic style pendant, and I managed to convince her to go for CiCi's recent group buy.
She wanted a 2ct lab diamond in white gold because "what's the point if you can't see the stone" 😄
This was her first time buying lab diamonds and ordering from an overseas vendor, so she was a bit nervous. But CiCi was amazing. She's so friendly, incredibly responsive (so quick!), thorough in checking the details, and communicated everything clearly, which made my mum feel much more comfortable with the process.
I'm not new to labs, or Fiorese, but because I'm the eldest daughter my mum is naturally very critical of everything I do, but after seeing the final piece, she is convinced that lab diamonds are way better than natural for the price. Tba it could have gone either way 😄 So well done CiCi for impressing a very discerning customer!
The sparkle really is beautiful - slightly disappointed I didn't get one for myself!
