Recovering from a failed ERP implementation. New to NetSuite.
We have advanced manufacturing on and I want to Kit, then build, then complete work order.
Does the following make sense? there must be a better way to do this?
1 My kitting person needs to be able to see released work orders so Manufacturing>Print Dispatch list.
2 Now to kit parts, create a Work Order Issue and use the Kit operation. I kit all components because I want this to draw inventory and move things to WIP.
3 The shop guys make a Work Order completion, but the quantity is greyed out because I used everything in the Kitting step. I cannot finish this for with 0 quantity.

So how can I really kit these items because it seems like i finished building them in the kitting stage.
