Is Sub 18:00 Possible?
I'm currently a sophomore going into junior year. Last XC season, I went from 21:54 to 19:45 in the 5k, running around 15 mpw in season. This summer, I want to take training a lot more seriously.
Is sub-18 possible for me? If so, how should I train over the summer to have the best chance?
