The Microsoft Store doesn't allow me to install the Apps/ Games

It initially opens the Store and displays the apps and games

But then when i click any apps/ games, this pops up

The current browser version on my phone is (Microsoft Edge 40.15254.603.0 & EdgeHTML 15.15254)

Is there an new versions?

Please do guide me y'all...
