Had quad tendon ACL recon. Surgeon did lachman on me at the 2 months post op follow up, said slightly positive between grade 0 and 1, he doesn't have a machine but said probably 2mm side to side difference.
How common is it to have laxity show up this early? Will it stretch out further over the year?
At 6 weeks post op I got an X-ray. I'm worried about wide tunnels here which I measured at over 12mm. I don't understand how it's possible since I used 9mm quad graft which means that the tunnel should be drilled at 9mm. I did compare with my 2 week post op xray and it's the same tunnel width. The surgeon also commented that tunnel widening hasn't occurred. I know that xray has some magnification effect but is this normal? Can graft still heal to large tunnels?

Took a x-ray during the 2-week post op follow up appointment. The Endobutton on the femur side is floating in soft tissue and not flush against the bone. Has anyone else had similar issue?
