Advice on Survey Results

Selling house. Buyer had survey done. Survey is saying that this board needs to be replaced, apparently. Haven't seen the survey myself. There is no history of electrical problems, such as breakers tripping, in this house for 10 years. Far as i know, the surveyor only eyeballed the panel. Buyer might be trying it on.

Is there anyway from just looking at this panel that a replacement can be justified?

Getting logged out of Protect every day.

UDM Pro. Logging in locally (https://10.x.x.x) from a Mac via Chrome.

Protect will be sitting there showing me a live view of all cameras, then when I click on a cam to zoom in, if it's the first time I've done that today, it'll close the cam views and go straight to the login screen, then I have to log in & do 2FA & by the time that has processed I've missed the event I wanted to look at in the first place. (Yes, I know I can play it back) :)

Any way to stop this happening? I can't find any such setting. I'm on 5.1.19

Good Afternoon, Reception.....

This happened in the 80s in a large London 4*. 600 rooms. I was AFOM and handing over to another AFOM from early to late shift. We'd normally do this in a closed office at the back of Reception but this particular day was massively hectic with four aircrew rotating in and out, a conference departing and a load of FIT groups coming in, all in a very tight timeframe. Back then we had to control the clean/ready rooms manually via calls from HK, so the AFOM role could get really busy on days like this.

I was in the back office area with, lets call him Dermott, doing the handover, and we kept getting interrupted by the phone, which I had to keep taking because it was still my shift, and those calls were likely from HK, & we needed the rooms back.

There was an important guest coming in that afternoon from the hotel group parent company & there were particular requirements that had to be met when that person arrived, which I was trying to convey to Dermott. This was a big deal. After several phone interruptions, I was just getting to the meat of the thing when the phone went yet again. I swiped the receiver off the cradle and as I bought it up to my ear I could hear the dial tone & realised the caller had hung up. I slammed the receiver back into the cradle, turned to Dermott with finger raised to make the big point I had been building up to, & said "Good Afternoon, Reception"

Dermott just dies laughing and started hammering his fist on the desk in an attempt to control himself. Unfortunately, there was a drawing pin on the desk that went fully into his clenched fist.

Great handover.

Authorise my own alcohol purchases in Morrisons

In Morrisons the other day & there was alcohol in my purchases at the self checkout. Chappy came along to OK it for me and he had his employee barcode on a scrappy printout that he'd obviosly been using for a while. It was torn and crumpled and the till was having none of it, so he tapped the option for Employee ID (or similar) then keyed in his ID and PIN to clear the purchase.

It was a 2 digit ID and a 4 digit PIN, and it was in this format: 34 5555, although not those numbers.

Today I was there again and the only person supervising 20 checkouts was engaged right down the other end, so I used those same numbers & it worked.

This is going to save me several minutes in the next few months.

EDIT: Turning off reply notifications beacuse of all the fucking idiots
