Near miss about 3 miles from my home after 2 weeks OTR.

The thing of it is neither vehicle stopped I was driving the box truck there and the semi in the left lane was about two truck lenghts back for me or so. He didn't even bother to pull over or anything. So that tells me that driver was probably driving with dirty logs because I think it was like a Friday night so everybody's in a big push. People drive dirty on the logs and the other driver obviously was probably drunk otherwise both people would have stopped. It's like the perfect storm, two vehicles that were basically illegal and neither one cared. And the irony is it could clearly see a state trooper on the other side of the road has somebody pulled over like seconds later but it didn't even seem to flinch over there.
