Nutrition: Liquid, Gels or Bars?

My first Half Ironman is coming up in a couple weeks and so far I've been using gels during my longer rides. But my BIL uses some sort of powder (I think it was electrolytes, carbohydrates and some sodium) and eats some powerbars along the ride.

How do you nutrition and what are pros & cons?

Start an LLC right away or wait?

My father in law mentioned to wait filing an LLC after the first sales, to see if there's a market. But without official business documents it is pretty hard to get a Google Business profile to attract potential clients.

What would you do?

How to get the first client in custom furniture fabrication?

Hi!
I was wondering if you have any good ideas who or how I could reach out to get my first client. So far I have cold emailed interior designers, architects and realtors. I did get a couple responses, but still no client.

Thank you in advance!:)

70.3 Waco this year. Experiences?

I'm doing my first 70.3 in Waco this October and I would like to hear some experiences. Especially if you think it's going to be wetsuit legal or not? If not, are you just swimming in your trisuit?

Website and E-mail domain

Hi! Where did you get your website and email domain from and how much do you pay for that?

I will only need one email account but I saw different offers, but some seem to be crazy expensive after the first year.

And after you got your website domain, how did you build your website?

TIA!

Please tell me your experiences in being a solopreneur in physical jobs (like craftsman or fabricator)

To me: I plan on founding my sidebusiness in metal fabrication in a few weeks/months and wanted to hear some stories how you've done it, especially what legal form you had (LLC, etc.).
How do you keep receipts from material costs and so on.

Thank you in advance!
