I dont condone it one bit, he begged me not to tell her, said its a once off, will never happen again all that shite. I never thought he would be the type of guy to do that either.I have told my partner obviously because I am not keeping that from her. She says we need to tell his partner, and I agree. We are just not sure the best way to go about it is? She is also heavily pregnant, so baring in mind how the news may effect her.

We are building in Geraldton, so dealing with a lot of local business from flooring, painters, pool guys tile places etc.

The lack of communication is shocking. From our order not arriving, us having to follow up and only finding out shit is delayed when we follow up. Not showing up when they say they will. Flooring was supposed to be laid today, 2 hours after time we were told thr layers would be there I gave the shop a call told the flooring has been dealyed. A quick call or email would have been nice. Had the same happen with the blinds install.

The pool guys are also the same, told me it would be done by a certain day, still doing it two weeks later.

Look, I understand supplies get delayed, shit happens, Its more the not keeping us in the loop is what is the most frustrating. You pay deposit, which I have no issues with by the way and get forgotten about.

Maybe its the fact that they are too busy. But we havent had a good experience at all. Has any one else found the same?
