No response from support
I bought a hydroshift 2 LCD-S with an outdated screen that won’t make connection with the pins. I filled out the form to get a newer replacement screen and was told it would ship in 10-15 days. That was on the 24th of April almost a month ago and I haven’t received a tracking number so I’m assuming it still hasn’t been shipped. I tried reaching out by replying to the email but haven’t received a response. How can I get someone to update me with what’s going on?
