i PREORDERED. a mystery box in january, didn’t come so i had to contact them, when it arrived in june the box of clothes smelt terrible, like mildew and weed (not saying it’s unpleasant but new clothes?) i put the pants to wash, the stinkiest thing, and they shredded. i washed on delicate and followed washing instructions. i reached out and they sent credits to shop the store (took them until the store was closing in an hour to send them after saying they’d send them after the email, which was days before) and now no one is getting any updates on their orders ?! yeah weird asf

there have been serious concerns raised within the community regarding interactions involving minors and discussions about age, consent, and relationships. because these are significant allegations, they should be handled through proper reporting channels and investigated by the appropriate authorities rather than through rumors or speculation.
child safety should always come first. if any wrongdoing occurred, those responsible should be held accountable through the proper process. my hope is that the truth comes to light and that any young people affected receive the support and protection they deserve.
