It was a modern AU where Mo Ran and Chu Wanning get into a car accident. Chu Wanning protects Mo Ran and ends up in a coma for years. During that time, Mo Ran adopts a cat.

When Chu Wanning finally wakes up, he has memory loss (I think partial), and there’s a doctor character (an elder, possibly called Talang/Ta-Lang?).

It was multi-chapter and ongoing when I last read it, so it might have been deleted.
