I keep dreaming about my mom dying. Has anyone else experienced this?
This has been bothering me for years, and I'm wondering if anyone has gone through something similar.
When I was a little girl, I dreamed that my mom was stabbed in the back.
Just recently, I dreamed that she was run over by a vehicle.
Then my sister told me she also had a dream where our mom was hit in the head with a hammer.
None of these dreams have come true, thankfully, but it's unsettling that both my sister and I have had vivid dreams about our mom dying in different ways.
I'm not really a superstitious person, but I can't help wondering if these dreams mean anything psychologically or if they're just random nightmares caused by anxiety.
Has anyone experienced recurring dreams like this, especially involving a parent? Did you ever find an explanation for them?
