Has anyone had issues getting a placement for practicum hours due to them being heavily tattooed? I’m covered arms, hands,throat and was thinking about this recently.
None of my work is inappropriate or anything of that nature. Curious what others have experienced.
I’ve been going back and forth with the idea of getting licensed after getting my masters but the whole 3,000 hours of clincal hours has me second guessing. I basically feel like I’ll be too old or something by the time im a LCSW.
Im currently getting my Bachelors in SW and I’ll be 33 years old when I graduate and 35 when I finish my masters then two years for the 3,000 hours I’ll be 37-39ish basically 40 years-old to actually be practicing and licensed am I over thinking this 🥴
