Nearly passed out in the shower—could this be related to retatrutide or GHK-Cu?

I’m currently taking retatrutide once weekly and injectable GHK-Cu daily.

My doses have been:

Retatrutide: 1 mg during week 1, then 1.5 mg during weeks 2 and 3
GHK-Cu: 1 mg every day for the past 4 days

Last night, I smoked weed and then took a shower. While showering, my skin felt unusually sensitive and uncomfortable. I couldn’t scrub with my exfoliator because it made my skin feel extremely weird.

A little later, I suddenly became very lightheaded and dizzy. My vision started going black in a strange, pulsing pattern, and I felt like I was fighting not to pass out. I don’t remember the moment clearly, but I believe I fell or hit something because I ended up with a cut beside my eye. I had to rest my head on the sink and close my eyes for around 10 minutes before I felt normal again.

I feel okay now and I’m getting my eye checked by a doctor, but I’m wondering whether anyone has experienced severe skin sensitivity, dizziness, or near-fainting while using retatrutide or GHK-Cu. Could the combination of the peptides, weed, and a shower have caused this?

I’m not assuming the retatrutide caused it, because it could’ve been the weed, but I’m concerned that increasing from 1 mg to 1.5 mg after only one week may have contributed.
