Okay context - I got married 2 months ago and got my period right before my wedding.
I completely forgot about it I guess because I was also using pads some of the days.
The only symptoms I had was brown discharge looked like old blood and whenever I had sex there would be blood on the sheets and the smell was rancid.

I was thinking of getting a gynac appointment for BV. Today I was trying to get out the 2nd cup I put in during my period and to my surprise there were 2 that came out.

Do I need to go to the gynac or ER? I don’t have any other symptoms
