Is this a scam?

We booked through Costco travel and are currently staying at Live Aqua. Through Costco we booked a private shuttle from the airport to the resort and at the end of our trip a shuttle from the resort back to the airport. All paid for and confirmed through booking.

I just received a text this morning from a W2M BDX (Costco travel affiliate) representative saying that our private shuttle back to the airport is in jeopardy of not being scheduled/going through unless we meet with them in person at the hospitality desk. Is this a scam to get us to meet and try to upsell us stuff or does this sound legit? First time in Cancun and it feels like a scam to me.

Update: met with the front desk and they said this js a total scam and a common scare tactic to get us to meet with him to be sold extra stuff. They confirmed all of our transportation to the airport is still in place and that this guy works for Costco as well as another company and he is using the Costco line to sell stuff for the other company. Stuff like this is such a shame and a hassle. Shoutout to the honest manager and the front desk.

It’s probably hard to tell from the pictures but both side mirrors on my 2013 Platinum are discolored either by design or due to age. The glass is a dark greenish brown which affects visibility and just doesn’t look great. This truck is new to me, I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what I could do to fix it or if the glass just has to be replaced. Thanks

Also not sure if these are aftermarket mirrors or if they are OEM.

240k miles. The most meticulously kept maintenance records I’ve ever seen on a used vehicle period. All new heads, plugs, gaskets, injectors. Just changed all the fluids. All it needs are new brakes. This thing runs like a top.
