I’m planning to buy my first home in Bangalore and am looking for recommendations for good 2 BHK projects.
My requirements:
Budget: ₹1–1.3 crore (can stretch slightly for an exceptional project)
Purpose: Self-use, long-term stay (10+ years)
Prefer East Bangalore (Whitefield, Varthur, Gunjur, Sarjapur, Bellandur, ORR side), but open to other good locations
Good construction quality and builder reputation
Good ventilation and sunlight
Decent amenities and open spaces
Possession within the next few years (ready-to-move is also fine)
I’m not looking for luxury projects, but I do want a project that will age well and have decent resale value in the future.
Which projects would you recommend if you were buying a 2 BHK today in Bangalore?
Also, which builders or projects should I avoid based on your experience?
Would love to hear suggestions from existing homeowners and recent buyers.
