At age 60, should I move cash from an investment property offset into Hostplus CPIplus 2.5% pension phase?

I’m 60 and retired with no wage income. I have money sitting in an offset account against an investment property loan at 6.3% interest. The rental income roughly covers all expenses, including interest, so the property is close to cashflow neutral.

I’m considering moving some of the offset money into my Hostplus CPIplus 2.5% pension phase account.

My thinking:

Offset gives a guaranteed 6.3% saving, but the money is outside super.

CPIplus aims to return CPI + 2.5%, with pension phase earnings tax-free, but there are fees and investment risk.

Given I already have an ok super balance, would you keep the money in the offset, or move some into pension phase?
