Anyone seen this incredibly odd problem?
Already opened a ticket and have been working with them on it but the problem just seems as odd as can be. S1 has been working fine for the most part since October. Now I can’t send anything across WiFi, it says it sends, activates the carriage, but never activates the laser. I can do it over USB but if it is anything even slightly complicated, like a 12”x6” engraving I had to do, it will only successfully send about half the time. And when it does, in almost every case (and this is the insanely odd thing) it will do about 1/4-1/3 of the job and then suddenly start doing a job that I did months ago and haven’t touched since that wasn‘t even part of the same project, which of course completely ruins what I was working on and prevents even recovering by doing a partial reprocess. I would like to do some tumblers but quite frankly I am afraid to as there is no reusing in that case.
Support has of course been trying to assist and are helpful just seems really odd it suddenly goes into another job. Unfortunately mine is not one with an SD card because to me it sounds like storage is somehow messed up. Just wonder if anyone else had seen this themselves and what their solution was if so.
