Game makes me feel too dumb to complete

Applied MajorSpoiler warning as I am not too sure.

The game is genuinely frustrating, I can count on my hand the number of things I have solved for myself. Being the Garage, the VAC lights, the Orchard Garden, code for the terminals and the elevator of the foundations.

Everything else, tomb, the laboratory, the boiler room, the pools, the billards room, safe codes, the blue flames, the door under the foundations, the sheet music, planetarium, the antechamber itself, the tunnels, workshop combinations, the stupid puzzle box in the traders outpost and a few other things that I am neglecting to mention.

I feel I need toat this point look up absolutely everything at this point. All because I am too damn stupid. On day 26 and nothing makes sense at all. I feel 90% of the notes are redherrings and mostly lore text to waste your time.

I am just drawing blanks constantly and hit this mindless wandering till I want to put my controller through the TV.

The only thing I have down is key, coin and gem managment so I can get to the antechamber, thats about it.

Ive looked up a few things but I do not want to do that, so my frustration and vent aside.

What is a good approach to this game to actually see most of it through without caving to a guide?

Struggling Solo, are V-Bloods meant to be busted and the rewards negligible or am I missing something?

Hit Gear Level 50, running around with Merciless Reaper, Hollowfang Set & Duskwatcher Ring.

It is not a hard HARD game but it feels as if I am missing something when it comes to bosses, at matched gear level my vampire feels pitiful and pathetic against a lot of V-Bloods in Act II. Melee is a bit of a meme that does low chip damage and just opens up to get smacked around. Magic spells feel like they suck but most viable to kite around the bosses and tap em every 7-10s, summons magic feels awful, last 5-7s and they are just so weak it makes melee feel more viable. Then the potions I use, even on a Blood Moon, well it all feels it adds very little difference.

Even stat boosts from armorsets like... Oh wow 4% cool down on spells. Riveting. Game changing I am sure.

It all feels bad fighting V-Bloods, any reward from them weapon wise or opening up a new aspect like smithy, tailoring or jewelry feels negligible in its upgrades. So is that just how it is as its a co-op PvE first and foremost, or am I missing something?

Good game.

Good bosses.

Just feel too weak fighting them at all times, with no real build creativity as everything against V-Bloods kinda sucks and any set upgrades is so lame statwise. And well gameplay wise, running around casting a projectile spell every 8s is uh kinda lame.
