Hello! Do you know what are the details to replace the crown stem (handle rod) of my mission to earthphase moonswatch?

My crown came out broken so I decided to upgrade it into metal casing. I bought the standard stem for Swatch quartz movement but somehow it doesn't work. It doesn't grip the movement.

I'm not sure what movement is it to replace the stem. Do you know?
