How long does it typically take to get your reimbursement for your PPM and your travel claim after you give this stuff to your Yn

I just got out of basic a few weeks ago and I am trying to get my financials sorted and obviously I need a budget.

I would like to know how you all make your budgets do you use an app or do you use a spreadsheet or do you wing it and are you using the 70-20-10 methods or did you get your own way.

Did anyone sit down with the military financial advisors?

For context I am in the coast guard about to go to my first unit and I am an E-3

With a lot of stations being in the middle of no where like where I am going who should I talk to about trying to get Tricare remote set up or figuring out how to use it?

I also would like to know if you have the dental plan how much does it cost out of pocket to get a filling done at a civilian dentist if that is possible or a military dentist?

I just enlisted and made it through basic a bit ago and I am wondering are you all living comfortably? After allowances and base pay? Someone I knew said they rented out 2 houses in different places and I am wondering if it would actually be worth looking into getting places with va loan and renting them out?
