Solo game developer looking for investment, pitch deck and trailer available

Hi,
I'm Efe, a solo developer who's shipped two games. I have 4 years of experience in game development and I currently freelance nearly full time as a game developer as well.

Labrys was picked up organically by Forsen, Squeezie, and Locklear hitting 57,000 concurrent Twitch viewers and millions of YouTube views.

Vaulting Over It was featured at OTK Games Expo Winter (200K+ concurrent viewers) and played by CaseOH and Lirik.
Combined gross: $21,000 on a total budget under $600.

I'm looking for up to $49,000 (with contingency) to fully fund The Two Keepers.

It Takes Two meets The Lighthouse (2019)

A 2-player psychological horror game where your co-op partner is the unreliable narrator.
Players are two lighthouse keepers on a remote island in 1897. They have reasons to keep secrets, lie, and not trust each other. They sometimes even experience things differently.

Pitch Deck: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1T_zprHjDDTrHfrzNqyTKn2V6mvEuF52A?usp=sharing

I'd love to get some feedback especially on the pitch deck, it's my first time ever making one!

For a 2 player game, what do you think is better? $19.99 with friends pass or $9.99 no friends pass

For reference it's a 4 to 5 hours long game and lets assume it ends up being unique, fun and polished.

It's a 2 player only game, you have to play with a friend.

$9.99 is obviously lower point of entry but you do need to convince 2 people to go through the buying process.
With 19.99 + friends pass then it's 1 player doing the purchase and the other player just has to be convinced to play a free game with their friend.

What do you think is better?

I know games like It Takes Two price at $39.99 with friends pass so maybe that's the better idea?
