wtf, man…

Diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago and have been on a rollercoaster ever since that’s slowly been coming off the rails. Ended up seeking professional help and have this bomb dropped which doesn’t give me any comfort; it just feels like another thing to cope with.

I went 50 years without knowing I’m ND. I wasn’t perfect but I was happy, and I sometimes think I was better off before this whole journey.

Work/Life Boundaries

Do others envy those who can do their hours and just “switch off” when they finish for the day? I’m a veteran senior in a very problem-heavy space and I will spend so much of my personal time mentally obsessing about issues and solutions, doing research and code proofs, and inevitably logging back on.

I can’t shut my brain down and I’ve lost my boundaries. 🥺
