LCD-2 Classic - AMP Dillema

Hey so I am currently eyeing the LCD 2 Classic, and I found two offers:

  1. $490 for the headphones + Dekoni Elite Velour pads (that I was planning on getting anyways, out of curiosity)
  2. $660 for the headphones + Genuine Leather pads and Aune S6 AMP

I currently own a Fiio BTR5 that's so far been enough to drive all the headphones that I've tried, and is apparently enough for these ones too.
I tried researching a bit more about amps and what I understand is that most of them will give me the same performance some just offer better features, so getting another one isn't really necessary.

The obvious stuff is that the leather pads will sound different than the velour pads, and I do understand that.

I just want to know, besides the possibly better audio quality (subjective?) is there really a reason to purchase the more expensive offer with the Aune included? Thanks in advance.

Also, for the question to u/oratory1990 - if I had the headphones with velour pads - would it be possible to send you the headphones so you can measure the frequencies with the pads, and possibly provide an EQ?
