I had to cut off the tops of both shoots, because of die back close to a month ago. Went on vacation for almost 3 weeks and this is what I found yesterday! It's growing a bit weird, so I found him a sunnier spot on my desk :)

The tips of both plants are dried up, although the first one is still growing new leaves? I've had it for one week, watered only after the top 2" of soil dried up

Ficus elastica "Ruby" (rubber plant) freshly bought. Also pictured her future pot, it's too wet to replant today
