Compass in Wand Maps

Sometimes you just want to teleport straight to the objective. Other times, you're in the mood to explore.

With Compass in Wand Maps, you can enjoy the journey without wasting any time walking in circles looking for your quest, collectible, resource, or whatever else it is you're looking for.

Open Wand Maps in the overlay, click the compass icon on a pin, and it opens up a widget that points you in the right direction while you play.

Live now for Palworld, with more games coming soon.

How To Get Faster Support

Looking for Help?

If you're here because something isn't working quite right, before creating a post, please take a moment to read this guide. Including the right information helps us understand your issue and get you back to gaming as quickly as possible.

Account, Billing or Subscription Issues

Oops, wrong place!
These issues often require us to verify your account or payment details, so we can't assist with them publicly on Reddit.
Instead, please email support@wand.com and include:

Your account email
Payment details (if applicable)
A screenshot or screen recording of the error (if there is one)
A short description of the issue

Our support team will take it from there!

App or Website Issues

If you're experiencing a problem with the Wand app or website, please include:

Wand app version (or browser name/version if it's a website issue)
What happened?
What did you expect to happen instead?
Can you reproduce it? If yes, what are the exact steps?
Any error messages
Screenshots or screen recordings
Any troubleshooting you've already tried

Game or Mod Issues

The fastest way to report a mod issue is by using the Report an Issue button inside the Wand app. Our guided troubleshooting will try to resolve common issues first. If the problem isn't fixed, it'll automatically create a support ticket for our team, and we'll follow up with you via email.

If you still prefer to post on Reddit, please include:

Game title
Platform (Steam, Epic, Xbox App, etc.)
Game version (if known)
Trainer version
Which trainer feature isn't working
What happened?
Any error messages
Screenshots or screen recordings
Any troubleshooting you've already tried

Please note that we currently don't support:

Pirated copies
Third party mods used alongside Wand
Co-op or multiplayer gameplay
Retired trainers

Providing this information upfront helps us skip the back-and-forth, investigate your issue faster, and get you the help you need sooner.

Game Testing Update

Hey all, quick update on a milestone our testing team recently hit.

In addition to our regular testing of all games every 60 days, any game with 1,000 or more weekly active users gets retested whenever something happens that could break it. Game update, new bug report, etc.

For the past month, we've been holding 98% coverage across those games, and once something gets flagged, it gets tested within 10 hours.

That doesn't mean every fix ships same day. But it means we're usually looking before most people notice something's off, instead of waiting for enough reports to pile up.

If you've run into a mod that broke after an update and it took a while to get sorted, please let us know about it so we can see what happened and keep improving.
