Curious to hear other folks’ experience with moving from a prime to Anduril. I am established in engineering management in a M-HCOL area with 9 YOE and wondering if it would be worth pursuing a role in systems engineering management at Anduril in a VHCOL area. I like what I do but I am excited about Anduril’s mission and growth and think it would be a good cultural fit for me. One thing that I am curious about is if the extra compensation makes up for the climb in cost of living and lifestyle change. For reference, I am married with 2 kids.
