3% for new customers
I understand that this type of marketing strategy can be useful for expanding the customer base, but it feels like the early customers who trusted Trade Republic from the beginning are being overlooked.
It’s difficult to understand why the 3% offer is only available to new customers, while loyal existing customers do not receive the same conditions. Attracting new users is important for any company, especially in the financial sector, where convincing people to try something new with their money is not easy.
That’s exactly why I believe the trust and loyalty of long-term customers should also be recognized and rewarded.
